Low-Fat Steamed Basa Fillet​​

​INGREDIENTS​

1. 1 Basa fillet

2. 1 white onion, sliced

3. 1 lemon, sliced

4. 2g salt

5. 1 sprig rosemary

6. Italian herbs (to taste)

 

STEPS

1. Arrange Base​​

    ● Line a baking tray with lemon slices and onion slices as the base layer.

 

2. Season Fish​​

    ● Place the Basa fillet on top.

    ● Sprinkle with salt, Italian herbs, and rosemary.

 

3. Steam​​

    ● Rapid-steam at 180°C for 15 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
