Grilled Corn with Cumin
INGREDIENTS
1. 2 corns
2. 10ml light soy sauce
3. 5g cumin powder
4. 2g chili powder
5. 2g white sesame seeds
6. 2g salt
7. 10ml oil
8. 10ml water
STEPS
1. Prep the corn
● Cut the corn into segments, then halve each segment lengthwise.
2. Steam the corn
● Use the Pure Steam function (or steaming mode) to steam the corn for 10 minutes.
3. Air-fry to crisp
● Place the seasoned corn on a baking tray.
