Grilled Mackerel with Teriyaki Sauce
INGREDIENTS
1. 2 pieces Mackerel
2. 50ml teriyaki sauce
3. 5g paprika
4. 6 pieces ginger slices
STEPS
1. Preparation
● Clean the mackerel thoroughly, then pat dry.
● Make 2 diagonal cuts on both sides of each fish to help it absorb flavor.
2. Setup
● Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
● Arrange the ginger slices in 2 rows (3 slices per row).
3. Marinate
● Coat both sides of the mackerel with teriyaki sauce.
● Place the fish on top of the ginger slices.
4. Cook
● Use the “air fry” function at 180°C for 20 minutes.
● Flip the fish and brush with additional sauce every 10 minutes.
● Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice for extra freshness.
