Lemongrass Seafood Pot

INGREDIENTS

1. 6 mussels

2. 6 sea Snails

3. 250g slams

4. 250g shrimp

5. 1 lemongrass stalk

6. 20g katsuobushi Powder (dried bonito flakes)

7. 1g salt

8. 3g minced Garlic

9. 2g chili Flakes


STEPS

1. Preparation

    ● Rinse all seafood ingredients thoroughly.

    ● Soak them in salted water for 20 minutes or more to remove sand.


2. Cooking Setup

    ● Add all ingredients except minced garlic and chili flakes to the pot.

    ● Pour in enough water to cover the seafood.


3. Steaming

    ● Slice the lemongrass into segments and add to the pot.

    ● Cover the pot and use the Steam Cooking function at 120°C for 15 minutes.


4. Finishing

    ● Remove from heat, sprinkle minced garlic and chili flakes over the seafood.

    ● Stir gently to mix, then serve immediately.
