Garlic Steamed Shrimp​​

INGREDIENTS​​

1. Shell-on white shrimp, butterflied

2. 30g minced garlic (divided: 10g fried + 20g raw)

3. 10g chopped scallions

4. 2g white pepper

5. 2g salt

6. 20ml steamed fish soy sauce

 

​​STEPS

1. Sauté Garlic​​

    ● Sauté 10g minced garlic in oil until golden brown.

    ● Set aside.

 

2. Arrange Shrimp​​

    ● Place butterflied shrimp on a heatproof plate.

    ● Sprinkle with salt, white pepper, and both raw and fried garlic.


3. Steam​​

    ● Rapid-steam at 180°C for 10 minutes until shrimp turn opaque.

 

4. Finish & Serve​​

    ● Drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce and garnish with chopped scallions.

    ● Serve immediately.
