French Aluminum Foil-Baked Cod

INGREDIENTS

1. 2 pieces cod fillet

2. 1 roll aluminum foil 

3. 4 white mushrooms

4. ½ white onion  

5. 4 garlic cloves 

6. 4 slices lemon  

7. 5g black pepper 

8. 5g salt 

9. Olive oil, as needed


STEPS

1. Preparation

    ● Rinse the pork ribs thoroughly and pat dry with kitchen paper.


2. Marinate

    ● Mix minced garlic, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, syrup, salt, and oyster sauce in a bowl.

    ● Coat the ribs evenly with the marinade, seal in a food bag or wrap tightly with plastic film.

    ● Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 day.


3. Cooking

    ● Cut the carrot and onion into chunks.

    ● Place the marinated ribs in a steaming and roasting oven with the carrot and onion.

    ● Set the oven to 160°C and cook for 30 minutes.


4. Finishing

    ● Remove the ribs from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
